It is with great pleasure we can now offer incorporation and management of companies in Delaware and Ajman (UAE).
Delaware
During the years we have had a number of requests for US incorporation and management, and we have handled such requests on a case by case basis. But it is not until now we have decided to add Delaware to one of our main jurisdictions for incorporation. Delaware has one of the most business-friendly legal system within the US. More than 50% of the companies listed on NY Stock Exchange, are registered in Delaware. Delaware also provides favourable tax legislation. LLCs in Delaware with non-resident members, are not required to pay tax or to file a US income tax return as long as there are no transactions within the United States.

Ajman (UAE)
In 2011, we received our license to incorporate companies in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE). Since then our business in UAE has grown beyond our wildest expectations, and it is now one of our most important jurisdictions both for offshore & free zone registration.
Our newest addition to the UAE jurisdictions we deal with is, Ajman. The free zone in Ajman was established in 1988, and received autonomous status in 1996 by H.H. Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of Ajman. However it was not until 2014, that Ajman implemented offshore legislation.
