This relates to any customers with Hong Kong bank accounts.

Great news !! HSBC has just allow to change the ATM card from “Unionpay” to “PLUS”. With the new card, the following is the new arrangement:-

1. The new card will be used in the ATM machine with PLUS or VISA logo;

2. All the money will be debited from HKD current account, not HKD saving accounts;

3. The new card will be posted to the company mailing address. If you need our assistance to send it back to the user by courier, we shall charge EUR80 to reimburse our courier fee.

If you agree, please complete, sign and return the attached bank form to me for action. Please note that one form is only for one company. If you do not know how to complete it, we are pleased to assist you with a cost of EUR150 for the completion.
